Last year, LA designers Hala Bahmet and Amadea West introduced Viridis Luxe, a higher-end line of elegant tops and dresses made from eco-friendly knit blends. This year’s spring collection is more lovely than ever — a bit retro, a bit dressier than most knit lines, fitted and unfitted at just the right moments, some sweet mini dresses (as low as $88) and lots of yellow. Many pieces are available at Nordstrom.com, or in stores at Henri Bendel, Nieman Marcus, Nordstrom and many boutiques across the country.
The pieces are ethically made of the brand’s proprietary blends: bamboo/organic cotton jersey, bamboo/cashmere/silk and hemp/silk.
