Beau Soleil, designed by Anne Salvatore Epstein and named for her favorite oyster (of course), is a name to watch. After launching just last fall, the label’s second collection will be available on the 15th and is making headlines all over the fashion world, in and out of socially-responsible circles. I’m loving the brass tack trademark the line has created for itself. These sustainable, fair trade, organic bamboo knit pieces for spring run about $165 to $275… and if that’s too steep, the fall line is on sale!
