Sustainable gastronomy: Better eat your bugs

I ate a bug yesterday. Yep! A month or two ago, I’m not sure I would have… but now eating bugs is hot. Thanks to David Gracer for enlightening us!

I totally dug my salt-and-lime dehydrated grasshoppers from Mexico: A nice smoky flavor and very manageable texture. Chocolate-covered would be even better. Note the sexiness of entomophagy at Edible.com… and the dangers at Enviroblog.com.
