If even the big stores are promoting this sort of stuff, (I sincerely hope) it means we&#039;re seeing a sea change in our culture with regards to organic products. Have you read The Omnivore&#039;s Dilemma, by Michael Pollan? It just changed my life. It&#039;s about cultivating sustainable ecosystems (vs. the current industrial standard of monocultures), much in the tradition of such agricultural philosophers as the wonderful Wendell Barry. Check it out!</description>
